It all began decades ago when graphic artist Peter Moore began designing holiday cards for friends and clients. He would look at what has happened in the world during the year, and illustrate around that. All of his pieces incorporate a dove. "It’s the one time of the year when people look around and say, we should think of doing something better: said Peter. "And that something is peace on earth." 

This show at Guestroom Gallery will run May 16 through June 28, 2008, with an opening reception with the artist, Friday, May 16^th from 6 to 9 PM. The show, called "Peace,"contains serigraphs, offset  lithographs, and digital prints of very limited editions produced over the last thirty years, while Mr. Moore has been a creative director for most of the biggest names in the sports industry including adidas and Nike.  This is his first gallery exhibit, and the first time that he is offering his fine art prints for sale.
